Design

The design of a mould always develops starting from the shape and design usually provided by the customer.
From the shape, we quickly obtain a three-dimensional scan thanks to the use of a laser to read the models.

The development of the drawing with 2D CAD and the subsequent preparation of the 3D model takes place through the use of optical scanner and CAD/CAM systems, PowerShape, PowerMill by Autodesk®, and Cimatron by Microsystem®, thereby guaranteeing the creation of high-quality moulds.

In this initial design phase, the software reveals itself as a valuable tool as it allows you to:
– obtain a global overview of the project even before it is machined;
– make a quick correction to the project for any changes requested by the customer.
